What's next after I place my order?

After you place your order, you will receive confirmation email from our team informing you that your order has been received.

What are your payment methods?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Metro Manila only, Debit and Credit Card transactions and GCash as mode of payment.

Is shipping free?

Yes! FREE SHIPPING NATIONWIDE with a min. spend of P1,500

When will I receive my order?

We offer same-day delivery* for Metro Manila customers and up to 2 to 4 working days for outside Metro Manila orders. Subject to change for peak seasons and/or ongoing promotions.

Can I order here and pick-up at your warehouse?

Yes! You can pick-up your orders at our warehouse located in 215 Mariveles St. La Loma, Quezon City

Is there any product warranty?

Your purchase is covered by a 7 days replacement limited to factory defects and 12 months zipper warranty. Please note that only main products like bags and wallets are covered by the maintenance warranty. Accessories like locks, rain cover and packaging are not included.

Do you accept return and exchange?

Yes! We only accept return and exchange within 7 days after the purchase. Please email us to support@tigernu.ph to arrange a return pick-up. Please do note that shipping fee for return and maintenance is shouldered by the customer.

Can I cancel my order?

You cannot be able to cancel your order once you placed it successfully. We recommend to double check your items before you place your order.
